What is raw hair?

Raw hair is 100% human hair from a single donor. It is hair that has absolutely no processing, chemicals, dyes, fillers or mixing of animal fibers. The cuticles are intact and no two bundles look alike. This is the purest form of hair.

How often do I need to wash my hair extensions?

We suggest washing your extensions every one to two weeks to prevent product buildup.

Can I dye, bleach or apply heat to my hair extensions?

You can definitely color and bleach your hair extensions. It’s advisable to consult with a professional colorist or hair stylist for optimal results.

Treat this hair as you would your own, as it’s raw hair, and you can safely apply heat up to 450 degrees. After using heat, your raw hair extensions will return to their natural curls or waves when washed or sprayed with water.

Do you offer wholesale or samples?

Thank you for your interest but as of now we are not offering wholesale services or samples.

Do you have bundle deals?

Yes we have bundle deals and also individual bundles. The prices listed are for a single bundle of hair or bundle deals.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

All orders placed before 5PM will be shipped out the same day while all orders placed after 5PM will be shipped out the next day before 2PM.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Unfortunately due to federal health regulations and the nature of this product we can not offer refunds. We have a 24 hours exchange policy for our products. The hair must be in its original luxury packaging and in resalable condition.

Please keep in mind that if the hair has been worn, installed, permed, rinsed, processed and untied from bundle packaging this voids the exchange and the items will be returned back to the customer and marked as final sale.
